Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and Randevos LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17300468, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom (“Viralcu”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Viralcu is a service operated by Randevos LTD. They govern your access to and use of the Viralcu website, application, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, indicating acceptance, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service
Viralcu is an autonomous service that finds or generates short-form videos, edits them into captioned vertical clips, and automatically posts them to social-media accounts that you own and connect (for example TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube).
The Service is sold on a credit model: one credit produces one video, and posting to your connected accounts is included. Credits are consumed as the Service performs paid work on your behalf.
We may add, change, or remove features, and may offer beta or experimental features “as is”. We may set and change technical limits (for example rate limits and spending caps) to protect the Service and its users.
2. Eligibility and registration
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised access.
3. Your connected accounts and your content
The Service posts only to social-media accounts that you own and have connected. You are solely responsible for those accounts, for having the right to post to them, and for all content the Service publishes to them.
You must comply with the terms of service, community guidelines, and policies of each platform you connect (for example TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube). We are not responsible for any action a platform takes against your accounts, including rate-limiting, suspension, removal of content, or termination.
You are responsible for reviewing content before and after it is posted, and for any footage, images, audio, links, prompts, or other material you supply or configure, including that you hold all rights and permissions necessary to use and publish it. As between you and us, you retain ownership of your content; you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and display it solely to provide and improve the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not, and must not permit anyone to, use the Service to create, edit, or post: (a) illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity; (b) sexual content, content that sexualises or exploits minors, or any child sexual abuse material; (c) content that is exploitative, harassing, defamatory, or that incites violence, terrorism, or serious harm; (d) malware, phishing, spoofing, or other malicious or deceptive material; (e) content that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person; or (f) content or activity that violates the terms of service or policies of any connected platform.
Gambling and iGaming content is permitted, but its lawfulness and compliance are entirely your own responsibility and risk. You are solely responsible for holding any licence, meeting any age-gating, advertising, and jurisdictional requirements, and complying with each platform’s rules for such content.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts, probe or test its security, defeat rate limits or spending caps, reverse engineer or resell the Service, or use automation to impose an undue load.
You are responsible for the lawful content of everything you generate and post through the Service.
5. AI-generated content
Viralcu uses artificial intelligence to find, generate, and edit content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and is provided “as is”.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on or publishing it, for the material and instructions you supply to the Service, and for ensuring you hold any rights required for footage, images, audio, or links you provide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for actions taken in reliance on AI output.
6. Platform actions and the standing of your accounts
What Viralcu does is produce videos and publish them to accounts you own and connect. We do not operate, control, or represent TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform, and we have no ability to influence their decisions.
You are solely responsible for the standing of your accounts. Any action a platform takes — including a warning, strike, shadowban, reach or rate limiting, removal of a post, demonetisation, loss of a feature or partner status, suspension, permanent closure, or deletion of an account and its content — is between you and that platform, and is at your risk.
This applies however the action arises, including where it follows from content the Service produced or posted, the frequency or timing of posting you configured, the use of automation, or a platform changing its rules or enforcement. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules of every platform you connect, and for choosing settings that keep you within them.
Posting cadence is yours to set, and yours to own. The Service publishes through the platforms' own official APIs (directly or through a compliant partner that holds those approvals) using the authorisation you grant from your own account — we never ask for or store your platform password. Within that, the daily limit you set is the limit we apply: Viralcu does not throttle, stagger, or "warm up" a newly connected account on your behalf, and does not reduce a limit you have chosen. How quickly to begin posting on a new or dormant account, how many videos a day to publish, and how to space them are decisions you make. Established accounts and new accounts do not carry the same risk, and choosing a cadence appropriate to yours — including easing a new account in, if that is what its platform expects — is your responsibility, not ours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any such action or for any loss that follows from it, including lost audience, lost revenue, lost content, or the cost of rebuilding an account. Such an action is not a defect in the Service and is not a ground for a refund — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You are also responsible for any claim a third party makes about content you generated or published through the Service, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and defamation claims.
7. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any views, engagement, virality, reach, follower growth, monetization, revenue, or other outcome from content produced or posted by the Service. Social-media performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, your audience, and your content.
Nothing in the Service, our marketing, or our communications is a promise of results.
8. Plans, credits, billing, and taxes
The Service is offered on paid plans and prepaid credits. Fees are billed in advance for the chosen period (for example monthly or yearly) through our third-party payment processor, and, unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all fees due.
Prices are shown in US dollars (and, where offered, in Turkish lira for customers in Turkey) and are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and levies (including VAT), except taxes on our net income. Prices may change on prior notice, effective from your next renewal.
Credits are consumable. Refunds — including the 14-day window on a first payment, and how used credits are deducted — are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend the Service for non-payment after reasonable notice.
9. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and by any mandatory statutory right that applies to you.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice where reasonably necessary to prevent or stop a breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use section, to protect the Service or other users, to comply with law or a platform requirement, to address non-payment, or to investigate suspected illegal or abusive activity.
If we reasonably determine that you have used the Service for illegal activity or in serious breach of the Acceptable Use section, we may immediately terminate your account, remove or disable offending content, retain and preserve relevant records as evidence, report the activity to and cooperate with law-enforcement and affected third parties, and withhold refunds for the affected period.
10. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in and to the Service, including its software, designs, and trademarks. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service during your subscription. If you send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it without restriction.
11. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms and providers, including the social-media accounts you connect. Your use of any connected platform is also subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
12. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. This section does not exclude warranties or rights that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising out of or relating to the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Where mandatory consumer or local law gives you greater rights, those rights apply.
14. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your content, your connected accounts, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of law, or a dispute between you and a third party or platform.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rights below.
This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. For consumers in Turkey, mandatory Turkish law — including the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and applicable consumer-protection rules — continues to apply. For consumers in the UK or the EU/EEA, mandatory local consumer and data-protection rights continue to apply.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; we will notify material changes in-product or by email, effective on the stated date, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
